Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech applications
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for responsible innovation
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products or ventures
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation
- Fluency in tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
