Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives exploring quantum computing applications and biotechnology synergies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployment in sensitive industries
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and R&D laboratories
- Monitor technology policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and external partners
- Strong understanding of technology ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Technology Forecasting or Innovation Management preferred
