Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with actionable recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to secure first-mover advantages
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI tracking
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning for emerging technologies with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Scrum certification or equivalent agile methodology expertise
