Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering/design teams
- Author predictive white papers and trend briefings
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Present executive-level future insights at global forums
- Mentor junior futurists in methodology and foresight techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
