Responsibilities

- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Partner with venture capital to scout and acquire breakthrough startups
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech disruption risks
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget for prototype development
- Publish thought leadership in IEEE and Nature Technology Reviews
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies (e.g., quantum supremacy achievements)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or ACM)
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
