- Secure $5M+ annual funding for breakthrough projects

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- 5+ years leading R&D in quantum/AI/sustainable tech
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Experience with tech commercialization and IP strategy
- Deep understanding of emerging tech regulatory landscapes
- Track record securing government/private innovation grants
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Public speaking experience at tech conferences
