Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the development of the company's 5-year technology roadmap, specifically targeting innovations for 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Edge Computing, and Quantum interfaces.
- Team Management: Mentor a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, and product managers to drive execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and business units to identify high-impact technology opportunities.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select partnerships with key hardware and software vendors.

Qualifications
