Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with strategic potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate complex concepts into actionable product strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear frameworks
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
