- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and ISO for emerging standards development
- Direct $50M+ R&D portfolio focused on climate-positive tech solutions
- Mentor 12-person innovation team through agile transformation cycles
- Present quarterly tech disruption briefings to C-suite and board
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 200+ filings by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years strategic tech leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or distributed ledger systems
- Proven track record scaling tech teams to 500+ professionals across 3 continents
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Board-level experience with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architecture
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act and US CHIPS Act regulatory landscapes
- Certified in TOGAF 9.2 and AWS/GCP/Azure enterprise architectures
