Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop competitive analysis frameworks and predictive market intelligence reports
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot deployment
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and R&D organizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or sustainability tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technologies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 successful tech transformation initiatives
