Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercial potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Drive innovation sprints focused on next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and advise on compliance frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or blockchain
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
