Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through stakeholder presentations
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling complex tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (Harvard/MIT/MIT Press)
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
