Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with long-term business goals
- Author thought leadership reports on future tech disruption
- Mentor junior innovators through our 'Future Leaders' program

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with future-planning experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of sustainable tech frameworks and ESG principles
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Certifications in futures thinking or technology foresight preferred
- Experience with global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, Asia hubs)
