- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for competitive advantage
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-facing technical concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI, quantum computing, or biotech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in emerging technology frameworks (e.g., AWS Quantum, Microsoft AI-900)
- Experience leading teams with diverse technical and cultural backgrounds
