Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Experience presenting to C-suite and boards on strategic technology initiatives
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
