Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI product roadmaps.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy compliance, and bias mitigation in all deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Deep Learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
