Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast emerging technology trends (2026-2030) across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption, balancing innovation with practical business applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on industry roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D to identify patent opportunities in emerging domains
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology maturity and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech initiatives
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO Academy)
