Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging tech trends (2026+ horizon) through market research, scenario planning, and horizon scanning

- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen AI applications and future business models
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation guidelines
- Present future impact assessments to executive leadership and key stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, AI/ML, or futurist roles with demonstrated impact on tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, or neuro-symbolic systems
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities

- Experience scaling AI initiatives in enterprise environments (>10k employees)
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
