Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models and neural networks with a focus on LLMs and NLP.
- Lead the full machine learning lifecycle, from data engineering and model training to MLOps and production deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in high-scale environments.
- Conduct research to stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies and methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI products and managing MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
