Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 Initiative, focusing on quantum-ready infrastructure and neural network integration.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with long-term business goals and futuristic trends.
- Oversee the development of scalable microservices and edge computing solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor senior engineering teams on best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate abstract requirements into concrete technical specifications.
- Identify potential security vulnerabilities in emerging tech stacks and implement robust mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal engineer capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go, with a preference for functional paradigms.
- Experience with AI/ML model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
