Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech talks, and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or similar innovation frameworks preferred
