Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ initiatives, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies with potential market disruption
- Analyze industry trends, competitor landscapes, and regulatory impacts to inform strategic decisions
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk assessments
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and forecast adoption curves
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for R&D initiatives and managing P&L for innovation projects
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., from Institute of the Future)
