Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate AI ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze exponential technology trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate emerging startups
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and sentient AI
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Drive R&D initiatives in synthetic biology and space colonization technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in futures methodology and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of ethical implications in advanced AI/autonomous systems
- Experience with government innovation programs or Fortune 500 tech strategy
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major technology transformations
