- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives, fostering collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams.

- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive leadership and board members, securing buy-in and resources.
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship, thought leadership, and implementation of cutting-edge R&D methodologies.
- Oversee patent strategy and IP development to protect breakthrough innovations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred.
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with proven impact.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology) and adoption pathways.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business plans.
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism (patents, white papers, TED talks).
- Track record of launching breakthrough products or services with global market impact.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive/board presentation experience.
