Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neuro interfaces) and assess viability
- Partner with VPs of Innovation to integrate sustainable tech solutions into core business models
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI governance and responsible automation deployment
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and technology forecasting
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies with global impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, decentralized systems, and AI safety protocols
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging tech implications (2020-2023)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
