Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience building long-term tech roadmaps (5+ years)

- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
