Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 industry forecasts and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, AI ethics frameworks, quantum applications)
- Analyze emerging tech patents, academic research, and geopolitical shifts to identify competitive moats
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate emerging startups
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and adoption readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching at least one industry-disrupting technology initiative
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized architectures
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, ACM, or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps from concept to global implementation
- Mastery of scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
