Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 'Year 2026' AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Mentor and lead a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersâincluding product managers, security experts, and UX designersâto integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, system audits, and performance tuning to maintain high standards of code quality.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement cutting-edge techniques to maintain our competitive edge.
- Oversee the deployment of AI models to cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data processing tools (Spark, Kafka).
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI projects from conception to production deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ethical AI practices and bias mitigation in machine learning models.
