Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging tech trends and opportunities through 2026
- Architect and implement innovative frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology roadmaps with business objectives
- Develop and manage cross-functional innovation projects with $5M+ budgets
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor a team of 5-7 futurists and technology specialists
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching successful future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leader in technology or futurism (IEEE, MIT Press, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFTE, CSTM)
