Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for future disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Measure KPIs for innovation ROI and technology maturity
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Expertise in scenario planning and future-trend methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech and research ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or foresight
