Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive tech opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate strategic vision into actionable tech initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across R&D teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management experience
- Experience working in startup or high-growth tech environments
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management a plus
