- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $2M for R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in strategic tech leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to enterprise-wide deployment
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CISM) or relevant domain expertise
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling for 2026+ horizons
