Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive threats to inform strategic pivots
- Present technology vision to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology scouts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams across technical and business domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
