Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech or Fortune 500
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging tech domains
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, TOGAF) preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies highly valued
