Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends and client business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (AI ethics, biocomputing, Web4.0)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolios with ROI tracking and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record in AI/quantum computing implementation
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic preferred
- Portfolio of 3+ technology transformation case studies
