Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI analysis for technology investments
- Foster strategic partnerships with leading tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related executive roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board members
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic innovation (preferred)
