Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision alignment
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bioinformatics) and assess commercial viability
- Design and pilot disruptive innovation projects with 20+ person cross-functional teams
- Present strategic recommendations to Board of Directors and secure $10M+ annual innovation budgets
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global tech accelerators
- Oversee implementation of ESG-compliant tech frameworks across 50+ global offices
- Mentor 5-person innovation lab team while maintaining hands-on technical expertise
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review on emerging tech
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation divisions
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain architecture principles
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite/board experience
- Patents in AI ethics or sustainable tech systems preferred
