Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-digital interfaces)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and their societal impacts
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, decentralized systems, or climate tech
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks
