Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for tech investments
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects with global teams
- Build and maintain relationships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy) preferred
