Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech consulting or R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/Nature)
- Experience with scenario planning tools like Gartner Hype Cycle
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Systems Engineering
- Portfolio of implemented enterprise-level tech transformation
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
