Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with measurable milestones and KPIs
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating future technologies into core business processes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Monitor competitor tech initiatives and industry disruptions to maintain competitive advantage
- Establish partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and innovation labs
- Ensure compliance with evolving data privacy and security regulations for 2026
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, HBS Executive Education)
