Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching AI/ML or blockchain solutions at scale
- Deep expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants for R&D projects
