Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with strategic acquisition potential
- Present technology impact analyses to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and competitive positioning
- Mentor emerging tech talent and cultivate an experimental culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong executive presence with successful C-suite collaboration history
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python for analytics)
