Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Manage technology portfolio valuation and risk assessment frameworks
- Mentor next-gen engineers in ethical tech development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published industry insights
- Proven track record of scaling innovative tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy and ethical AI frameworks
