Responsibilities

- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 100+ qubit stability
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Present quantum roadmap to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor quantum engineers in cutting-edge techniques like topological qubit manipulation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or qubit coherence
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of building fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for quantum initiatives
- Patents in quantum hardware or quantum machine learning algorithms
