Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
