Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impacts on strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech transformation plans
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation management
