Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework for strategic planning
- Analyze emerging trends across AI, biotech, and renewable energy to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with long-term vision
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-focused topics
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, quantum, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, CSO) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive modeling methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work or strategic frameworks
