- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Develop KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
