Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the development of a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's long-term business goals.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (GenAI, AR/VR, Blockchain) to identify high-potential opportunities and risks.
- Strategic Execution: Collaborate with C-Suite executives and engineering leads to integrate futuristic technologies into current infrastructure.
- Innovation Evangelism: Present complex strategic insights to stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-level initiatives and R&D projects.
- Talent & Culture: Partner with HR to foster a culture of innovation and attract top-tier technical talent for future projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in a strategic, technical, or consulting role with a focus on innovation.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and future digital trends.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technology transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
